Overview

This website, shop.kosmerika.com, is operated by Kosmerika Organika (“I”, “me”, “my”). By visiting the shop or buying from it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the shop.

Products

I try to show product colors, images, sizes and ingredients accurately, but packaging can change and your screen may display colors differently. Ingredient lists are provided for information. If you have sensitive skin or known sensitivities, check the full ingredient list and do a patch test before use. Stop using any product that causes irritation.

Products are for external use only. Keep them out of reach of children and avoid contact with eyes.

Product information on this site is general information and is not medical advice.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. I may limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If I cancel an order after you’ve been charged, I’ll refund you in full.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you’re authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; I never see your full card details. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Shipping and returns

Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Privacy

How I collect and use your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Content and links

The text, photos and design of this site belong to Kosmerika Organika and may not be copied without permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; I’m not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Kosmerika Organika is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the shop or products. My total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to orders placed after it is posted.
