Shipping policy

Orders from Kosmerika Organika Shop are packed and shipped by my fulfillment partner. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders are prepared within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, not including holidays).
• Delivery: 2–5 business days after your order ships, with standard tracked shipping.
• Holiday weeks can take longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order. You see the shipping cost before you pay.

Where I ship

I ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. I can’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or outside the United States.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact me as soon as possible at sales@kosmerika.com. Once an order has shipped, I can’t change the address.

Damaged, wrong or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and the shipping box, and I’ll send a replacement at no cost. If your order hasn’t arrived 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact me within 30 days of that date and I’ll look into it.
